The SOCEN Research Council consists of prominent Montenegrin and international experts, university professors and lecturers who have a significant role in creating the strategic direction of SOCEN. Council members contribute to the improvement of the organization’s work by advising and providing expert support in conducting research, proposing public policies and advocating for change in the areas in which SOCEN deals. From the scientific point of view, they also define and monitor the implementation of the SOCEN program, and give guidelines to young researchers in order to recognize current social problems and act proactively in order to reduce them.
