The vision of the association is to contribute to the Montenegrin society to be a society of the rule of law, social justice and equal opportunities for all citizens through activities and sociological research. In that sense, all programs and activities of SOCEN are aimed at realizing the vision in the form of implementing activities and projects, and advocating ideas that will improve the quality of life in Montenegro.
